OUR brief

King & Moffatt Building Services initially managed more than 100 mobile connections directly with their network provider. While the business had access to the services they needed, they had minimal visibility of usage and costs and lacked the proactive account management required to optimise and control the account effectively.

Users who regularly made international calls required additional bolt-ons at extra cost, and standard tariffs did not include EU roaming. This resulted in higher monthly costs and a more complex account structure.
