Evolving Care were previously on a direct deal with EE and were still in contract, but not experiencing the level of support that they needed. OUR SOLUTION
As a completely independent business solutions provider, we have commercial agreements with all three of the UK’s leading mobile networks, so we were able to compare all available tariffs to find a better deal for all the connections for over 300 staff on the Vodafone network. The deal allowed for a healthy hardware fund for Evolving Care to draw down on when they need to upgrade specific handsets. With a choice of multiple brands and models, devices can be ordered to match individual needs. Evolving Care have a dedicated account manager to handle day to day support and service requests without having to speak directly to the network.
